Allow me to also say a few words against Rabidi NV: they are definitely malicious. I have some experience in casinos and have never seen anything like it. I think this company should be investigated further as it smells really bad to me.

I'm tired of stressing about them, I closed all the accounts I had in more than 3 of their casinos and I hope to never go back despite the attractive design of the sites and the flashy bonuses.

I want from casino guru to reopen my case with zet casino I have many photos from live chat and told me that streamers have the same rules with players.

check my complaint - not that we don‘t know, but Rabidi/Boomerang is cheating and lying even on my legitimate winnings! And I‘m fighting for 7 months on CHF 27k.

An Evolution report on (Crazy Times) showed that I had lost my bets. I have forwarded the ID to the live support. They answered that this bet is not existing….

I've seen it and I'll say it's the longest case I've personally seen so far. It's been dragging on for an incredibly long time, and I believe it can't get any more unpleasant and annoying. 

I will be very happy for you when this whole saga comes to an end and I want to believe that everything will turn out fairly in the end. 

For the time being, I will not get ahead of myself and we will see if the casino writes something or where it goes from here.

Since individual lawsuits will have little success, the class action lawsuit will be successful.

I finally got lucky with this Snwalt...I've been on it for almost a year...but he told me that with the evidence I have a good chance.

But a class action lawsuit would of course be more effective.

what exactly are you talking about? Rabidi NV has no license in Germany, so it is illegal. I'm thinking about trying to file a lawsuit (it's about €70,000), but enforcement in Curacao will be difficult/impossible.

I understand, but then we seem to have a different problem. Unfortunately I didn't win the amount but lost it. In general, I find it difficult to claim your winnings through the German legal process, as the casino does not have a license and the contracts between you and the casino are therefore void. I found a good lawyer directly in Curacao who already has experience with Rabidi and generally has a very good track record. If you want I can send you his name/email.

According to lawyers, you have a very good chance of getting your losses back.
