Can I ask if anyone here as received any of their withdrawals yet. Furthermore, I found something interesting on their site. Although they do not have a curacao gaming license, they say that if you have a complaint you should submit one to their commission. Surely this false claim is illegal in some sorts considering they are not license by a curacao gaming license ?

Hi, I found only one resolved complaint with this casino which was more related to account verification, but I didn't find out if the player got the money in the end. You can read it here. 

Also, there are only two players writing in this thread and so far there is no sign of anyone getting money, which is quite disappointing.

Anyway, as far as the fact that on the website they state that you can contact curacao gaming license, can you show some screenshots as well ? It seems strange to me since the license is from Costa Rica, which is not very credible. 

However, you still have no update from the casino regarding the withdrawal ?

The casino is in the process of acquiring/renewing an E-gaming license, so that's why they have it mentioned in the T&Cs, but the current valid license is only Costa Rica. So in this case I don't recommend contacting E-gaming about complaining because they are not helping anyone there so far. And unfortunately, we have no contacts for Costa Rica. So if any player has a serious problem, he can file a complaint with us and we will try to help him through our contacts with the casino. 

What's the use of your contacts with the casino if the casino doesn't answer you?

Well so far the casino hasn't had a single unresolved complaint so we'll see if it responds at all. 

I also think that this information was important because if someone contacts an authority that is not correct or tries to get contact information about the Costa Rica licensing authority and they don't answer and don't solve anything, we are trying to help. If they don't answer us, the casino will get black points and it will affect the safety index. If you try to contact the Costa Rican authority, there is a good chance that you will not be able to resolve anything. So I would say that filing a complaint with us is at least some hope. ???♂?

How did you find out that their main cryptowallet is a scam ? Where did you report this information ? If you get any response, can you share it with us please ?  

I checked the deposits and through txid I found out their main wallet, where they sent my deposits. I submitted a report to https://tronscan.org/ for this wallet
