I have tried to reach out to them via email to see if they could do anything for me they do not respond now I suspect as they got what they wanted another few thousand from me and did not have to pay me out they have replied on the feedback but with something I already knew about the 14 day delay thing from what I gather on reading feedback of others it then goes to a month then more then they just block the account.
