In most cases you are certainly right. I can only speak for myself and my experience. I have also been to many casinos where there were no problems at all, although in some others it would definitely have caused a problem. There are also casinos from Dama NV that close accounts without asking too many questions, that take player protection seriously, that don't always lure you with bonuses so that you don't close your account. For example, I also had very good experiences with just Casino. I registered there, deposited 300 and won around 10,000 over several days and also played with a bonus, reached the max win with the bonus and made even more with the rest. There were no problems here. Every casino sets its own rules for how it deals with problems, complaints and rules. I think there are decent casinos on Antillephone too that don't follow the bad ones - at least that's my opinion. I just think it's important that they deal with problems and try to find solutions. That's important. Casinos certainly make mistakes and when they do, they should fix them. What Curacao needs is a unified system for banning players. I think that's the most important thing.

Sadly I know for sure that Antillephone won't reply. I wish Casino guru would do their part and help on complaint, cause we saw a lot of complaint that are closed and the casino not punished.

Well, I think Guru also has to follow the rules and is really doing its best to resolve complaints and even if five casinos have to close because they are bad, 20 new ones will open. I don't think you can get in touch with this huge company. But it would be nice if Guru could get in touch with a regulatory authority.

I received an email now from the Portuguese Gambling authority! The SRIJ. They filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office of the Portuguese Republic against the company Abudantia BV and the Casinos BetTilt and Roku Bet, for operating illegally in national territory, without the Portuguese license from SRIJ. They have been notified to cease operations immediately!

Antillephone is one of those licenses that is not the best for write-offs, you are probably all right. Unfortunately, we can't force the authority and casinos to deal with cases and we can't persuade the license to respond to the players or force them to address the situation in any way. So, unless they do, we're short. 

Anyway, I would be very happy if this was not the case and each of you got some kind of answer and explanation in the particular situation. ??

We are so many people now Jaro... so many different cases... not counting the people here in Portugal who don't know where to complain, the Abudantia BV group is full of complaints, they don't pay practically anyone. They always claim fraud or duplicate accounts, in addition to not having KYC or player protection. How can a casino like this stay open? The security rating of both Roku and BetTilt Casinos is far below average… is there no way to make our complaints reach the governor of Cura?ao? Today I asked Starda Casino for a transaction list without any complaint. I'm trying to sort out certain payments. The chat says I violated the guidelines in the partner network and my account was blocked on February 10th and there's no way I'll be provided with the list. On that day another account was also blocked by Antillephone without warning. Do you know when I submitted my complaint to Antillephone? On February 9th. After that I was simply blocked and that was it. That just indicates that nothing will ever happen here. Give up!
