Sadly, it is exactly how this casino has been handling players withdrawals. Please, do not expect logical explanation or improvment. As far as I can say, the casino pays out yet withdrawals have been extremely delayed. Feel free to read this thread and also the official one ??, but it is not pleasant reading at all.

My colleagues have been trying to reach out to every affiliate or casino co-worker willing to participate in resolving all the complaints. I wish I could add something more positive.

I have the same issue with legiano, can we get our money back?

Only thing you need to do with Legiano and their sister casinos is wait — they usually pay out eventually. Worst case, they might ask for verification.

Hello, yes I have seen quite a few similar cases myself. Most of the time it takes them about two weeks to pay off a player. For some people it is quite a lot especially when they wait for a week and then the casino asks for documents and it stretches even longer. Anyway, who knows how to be patient, I believe that as long as one hasn't broken anything, gets the money.

Yeah, I’ve dealt with a few Soft2Bet casinos like Legiano and a couple others. In all my experiences, they do pay out—just sometimes takes a bit longer than you’d hope. Longest I’ve waited was about a month, and that was without them asking for any extra docs. Usually it’s quicker, but yeah, patience is key with them. As frustrating as the wait can be, I’ve never had them not pay in the end.

Yes most players describe the same problems. I believe that anger comes when you wait for a long time and there is no extra reason for it. But it's always better to get the money later than never, I guess that would be my motto. 

Whether I would continue to play in such a casino I would probably change my mind a lot.

Not really, I don’t like playing at casinos that handle withdrawals like that. I prefer sticking with brands I trust, where I know my withdrawal will be approved within 48 hours.

That's what I thought and that's why I asked. I think I would also be discouraged to wait so long.

I think as long as everything is in order, withdrawals are delivered fairly quickly and customer support is friendly and helpful, that's something that I think would be definitely needed in a casino.

I spotted something about a duplicate account mentioned in the complaint. It was a very nasty surprise, especially after all the waiting they put you through.

Luckily you said you had screenshotted all, so I guess there will be further discussion with the casino. I perfectly understand you are upset about that. Just try to hold on. We intend to resolve the matter, but sometimes it is a frustrating process...

But the thing is that I never verified any account and I never withdrew, if it were like that I would understand but that is not the case, anyway, as long as they give me my earnings that's it, what they can't do to me is this, after waiting more than 1 month they do this to me, when they themselves said that there is no problem and if there is any error it is corrected as they said.

And I have many screenshots of your promises, and I never, ever sent my ID or bank details other than this account…

So if they want to close it down, I don't care, but I want my profits.

Are you playing from the same device or on the same internet network, or at home?

I had a large amount, the installments didn't let me and I've been waiting for more than 2 months, Legiano closed the account, they themselves promised to give me my money without closing my account for no reason.
