This is only what I have to do. Open your app and see if anything needs to be verified and follow the instructions You may not need a facebiometric reading just your passport. Either go on you tube or Google scanning biometric passport for verification and it will show you. It's simple once you know how to do it.

See what needs to be verified on the app. Follow the instructions, if you don't know how to do a biometric scan look it up, any additional problems and to get clarity [email protected]. expect ID verification twice once when registering and for your first withdrawal.

I had the sam problem you have to go through a second KYC check!! I couldn't understand it either but once it's done once that's it. I think it's because you hit a certain deposit/withdrawal criteria.

I don't speak Spanish but I think it is the same problem I had. You have to use the app see where you need to verify and follow the process it because you have reached a deposit/withdrawal limit set by mifinity and now you have to go through KYC check before you can withdraw your money.
