Hi I am wondering how long a provider should take to check a big win as I have been waiting nearly a month to get access to my account and support can’t tell me or even reply

Hi, it's probably not completely time-limited and depending on what they check it could be different times. So the casino didn't tell you anything about it and they don't have anything in the Terms? It should usually say how long it should take, at least roughly. 

Can I know what casino it is and on what basis they started the investigation? I would wait another week and if the casino has no information, I would lodge a complaint with our team because a month is quite a lot I would say.

I couldn’t see anything time wise in there term and conditions and I don’t want to put the casino on blast I’ve been playing on it for a few years now is there any way I can privately tell the casino and what not at all

This is unfortunately not possible as we have no PMs. I don't think it would harm the casino in any way and especially you share your experience, which may not always be the most pleasant and maybe there is another player who might find your information useful.

Anyway, did your big wins come from real money or did you use a bonus?

It come from real money they had to do a provider check with hacksaw gaming It’s a good casino but in this case it’s the first problem I’ve had

It doesn't have to be a problem right away. With some wins it is normal that the game provider would like to do a check. So, since it was real money, I hope it will be over soon and you will get more answers. 

If not, then I would move on to the complaint I mentioned to you earlier.
