I think Falcora are Canadian?

What did they have the MCC code as listed on your payments?

All mine to Falcora were bank payments. I have a claim with my bank but they said I need to prove Santeda are from the outset intending to scam customers. So anything I can use that shows that is the case helps me. If they have miscoded MCC codes for debit payments then that definitely helps me.

Bank transfers do not have MCC's. It's extremely difficult to recover Bank payments. Payop avenue is one where it might be possible.

Ok was going to say how do you force Revolut to pay as I can see the same happening to me.

For one of my current cases the merchant are refunding me from their own money and going after the UK ttp for the money as they bridged the payment from the casino site to the crypto platform plus they are conducting an internal investigation to prevent it happening again so thats nice stuff !

FOS have ruled, twice, that Revolut now need to refund me for the transactions because the opportunity to charge back has gone. Mastercard are in touch with them acquiring banks to question the merchant codes used. Revolut have to pay and will, just a matter of when not if.

Yeah so basically if I can prove Santeda have scammed/frauded customers, my bank have suggested they may refund me with APP push payment fraud. So I need to convince them that Santeda are from the outset trying to scam customers. Which we all know they are but it's something that takes a lot of convincing to banks.

You would think the fact they take bank transfers for gambling payments in the UK, which is illegal, would be enough but my bank have said illegal activity is not enough on its own to suggest a scam. Deceiving customers is. Which is what faulty MCC codes would be from those who paid Santeda with debit and credit cards. I think when I gambled with Santeda I did so during a time they weren't accepting cards so I have a challenge on my hands as you say!

I do but in a roundabout way. So Donbet refused to send my transaction history. Refused all GDPR/SAR requests etc. However when I did a APP fraud claim with my bank... Donbet shared with Falcora who shared with Nucleus 365 my full transaction history. Astonishing!

So I do have that but not directly from Santeda

Ask Payop for SAR equivalent

It does but according to my bank illegal does not = scam.

Deception does. Which miscoded MCCs would be. Or anything like that.

My payments were via SEPA and not payop

Nucleus 365 are 100% aware. They initially hilariously denied they had my personal info until I proved to them my bank had access to it directly from Nucleus 365. Now they are delaying, delaying, delaying my SAR request. They are washing their hands of the issue and saying it's Falcora / Santeda who are liable and not them.

I will be putting a report to the FCA and Action Fraud about Nucleus but it doesn't particularly help me with my bank retrieval.

I do wonder if my SEPA payments were via payop. How would I find that out?

Yes passed via clear bank.

It's not the case of my bank agreeing with Nucleus. They just don't auto think illegal = scam. Probable money laundering does not = scam as I paid for a casino and got a casino. To be fair to the investigator he had a lot of sympathy and worked on my case for 5 months and has still left it open if I can convince him Santeda is a scam. But he keeps telling me illegal does not mean scam. I need to prove Santeda are deceiving customers, which he believes intending to pay for a casino is not deception, no matter how dodgy their paperwork is, as that's what we signed up to do.

It’s absolutely bonkers, does the regulatory finding and fines in Spain not help?
