Hello, I feel like I'm being scammed here. I registered an account. Played here like one day. Made one bet on sports and played little casino. Made same winnings and and uploaded required documents. After I tried to withdraw they started a ridiculous KYC on me. Anyway I sent all they asked and after I was approved to make a withdrawal they said it can take another 31 days for additional verification on my withdrawal. The thing is that there is nothing to verificate anymore. I haven't even have chance to play here and my activity on the casino is minimal. Just trying to test the withdrawal process. This is a scam and I would like to request help from casino guru team to get my money out. I haven't used any bonuses and my account is fully verified.
