I made a withdrawal with Iwinfortune who have since changed their website url. Website states 24-48 hours withdrawal time but after withdrawing was advised 7-21 working days which has now passed and still no change. Each time I contact live chat it’s same automated messages please have patience we cannot contact finance team only send reminder etc which is continuously done. I have asked them to raise complaint and have emailed them with no reply. Now they end the live chat.
