Requested a withdrawal of 750 on April 14, added second withdrawal on 15th, 750 requested third withdrawal on 17th, 750 of April, total of 2250 for three withdrawal requests. Contacted chat multiple times, they said in process. Emailed casino April 23 and said it is in process. Spoke with chat who indicated its almost completed. The status on the withdrawals has never changed weeks after requested. Still have a remaining balance that I cannot request a withdrawal of the remaining 5222.09 as the limited amount that can be withdrawn. Have tried many times to resolve without any withdrawal completed or paid. Thank you
