Before my apply for a complaint about legiano casino i gave them plenty of time based on the priority that they gave me plus their indifference  drove me to do that so here it is.


I made a withdrawal request at 15/4/2025 and still waiting.


I had a bonus deposit i made my deposit i finish the required wager that the bonus asked, after that arround of 390 euros passed on my main wallet i've manage to make them 460 euros i decided to withdrawal almost the half, (200 euros) and all the other was played to the casino since it's a world wide well known casino and good ranked so i didnt had any problem to keep playing.


i sent them an email for ask them their withdrawal timeline cause Easter is coming, also i found this withdrawal a nice opportunity for more fun at holidays.


I took a response that they will have escalate my entire account to priority status.


After of 24 hours after the day of withdrawal my withdrawal request is still under review, it has 5 phases for a complete withdrawal based on their words it should already pass the review status and go for approval and process if i can understand the mean of priority.


I've already sent them a reminder email that saying 24 hours already passed on but i got no response or a feedback.


I have my concerns that they will delay my withdrawal more than their main withdrawal timeline, so i have to secure somehow my withdrawal.


P.S as you can see on the right of my screen even when i open my hotmail Legiano casino is a must promotion! so how someone cannot trust a casino so well known? but my concerns getting bigger and bigger.

Update : I have sent them a few emails asking them what is going on and why the process going forward but they totally ignore me not even a response as I saw from the total of 90 complaints everyone had the same issue delays on the pay outs.... please casino guru I won those money fair.... plus eastern is coming give me a solution on this problem the soonest possible

Based on their words and their timeline withdrawal schedule and the "priority status" as they said that gave to my request im still waiting cause my request is still under review....


from all my journey the last 7 years were am an active gambler in several casino's i have never met again a situtation like this


they keep ignore me in my emails and if they answer the same copy paste messages like a tape without end

plus the support agents are helpless since they always send the same messages as i mentioned before


probably as it seems its a usual tactic of legiano casino for making delays in a purpose on withdrawals requests


i never asked for verify anything on my account, all the proofs that i had is already uploaded before i sumbit my complaint.....


im totally frustrated and as i can see im taking ignorance also from here, there isnt someone in this world to help me out with this situation?


i won those money fair and the only thing that i want is my winning money on my portfolio....
