Withdrawal process is supposed to have been before Friday absolute latest. They told me it's all looking good I'm just in a que. They then tell me they have written to the finance department etc etc but there all mostly automated responses. I just don't think they are going to pay me my winnings. Unfortunately no it has not, I've had the same or similar responses. The easiest way is to share with you there responses. I'm very doubtful I'll receive the money and feel very frustrated.
