I Deposit 53$ in playgram and I receive a 15$ no wager bonus . When I withdraw my winning amount of 0.61sol (75usdt) they asking me for my documents id card and selfie with holding id card . I submitted my adhar card with selfie. After 24 hours they again asking me for proof of address then I submitted my domicile certificate they refused to approve it and asking for my bank statement. Then I submitted my bank statement after 18 hours they message me that bank statement can not be accepted as a proof of address .

Sir please help me that in india mostly an student have only adhar card pan card bank statement domicile certificate or marksheets.

Sir now I have submitted my wifi bill as a utility bill but now they reply that
