when i wanted to cash out 15000 the casino closed my account and took the money. they indicated that i had closed my account at another casino due to addiction and should not have played there. a month later they reopened my account after i asked. then i was allowed to play. and now i have lost 18 thousand in total from my pocket. is this what they are allowed to do?
