Hello,

I have requested 3 withdrawals from Sg Casino, which were all processed between 02/22/25-02/24/25, I still have not received any funds and everytime I reach out to the live chat support I get told different answers. I have had an issue with my withdrawal being delayed in the past. This is unacceptable customer service at all!

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
