Hi Casino Guru Team,

I am from India.


After reading the postive reviews , I have joined Shuffle casino. It seems like it is almost similar to stake in every aspect and the platform is slick and it has really good sports betting odds.


I made deposit of 344 dollars using etherium crypto.


I opted for a bonus and it was really difficult to wagger 35x . Somehow I waggered it and they allowed me withdraw. I waggered most of it by playing roulette games.


Then I put some bets on sports especially cricket and made some money around 6000 usd.


I started made withdrawals to validate if it is really a fair casino.


I heard their withdrawals are lightning quick .


I made withdrawals of 570 , 1210 and 1250 usdt and it's pretty fast . I recived within 4-5 minutes .


My fourth withdrawal was 3300 usd. The processing got delayed and I reached out to support and they informed me I need to verify my level 3 account verification.


I uploaded my bank statement and my account got verified immediately.



However my withdrawal is not getting processing . I reached out support and they informed me that their KYC compliance team is reviewing my documents manually.


I reached out support multiple times and everytime they used to respond me with same copy paste answer.


At last they have disabled my chat support and an automated bot ask me to contact [email protected] to every input.


I have send them couple of emails and I did not get any response as of now .


I really inspired by their CEO who trying to make shuffle as the number 1 casino .


But they need to understand , quick withdrawals plays a major role to be successful casino.



Please check with shuffle team and assist me to process my 3300 usdt withdrawal.



I abided all their rules and played responsibly.


Note : I do not want to leave shuffle casino . The platform is really slick and designed with latest technology . It's really eye catchy. I am a technical savvy and it's really impressed me . Probably the UI has been designed with either React or NeXt JS.

Could you kindly assist me regarding my withdrawal issue.

My withdrawal is in review since last 3 weeks and everytime I used to contact customer care , I used to get a template response 'Compliance team is still working on my issue ' .
