Hi!


3 days ago I wrote a review about Shuffle how perfect this site is.


Now my 800USDT withdrawal have been in review for almost 24 hours (KYC done when I signed up), I’m banned from live chat for asking too many updates probably and banned from general chat for doing the same. Also in general chat admin named CAM called me a scammer (and told me that I bamboozled the provider) before he muted me and after that asked chat if they want rain drop to celebrate. Badass move I’d say.


What should I do here? My bets have been on mostly Tier 1 CS and NBA. Not sure if I have even made any profit in this site.


I’ve withdrawn more than 800USDT from the site so that’s why I’m a but confused why it’a under review now.

And there we go, 2 weeks and still pending.


A week ago they asked me for liveness check in live chat which I completed in 5 minutes and all good. "Thank you, the team will get back to you as soon as possible." and that was it, ignored since then. Seems like it was just an act to show me that "we are doing something". Also in Trustpilot they replied that they’ve sent me emails which they haven’t, checked spam and everything.


What should we do now? I mean it’s 800USDT total, can’t believe they are scamming.
