Hi Casino-Guru.


I’ve been tied up in the same story at Shuffle that others seem to encounter aswell.

I’ve withdrawn and deposited multiple times and fully KYC’d all their steps.


However, my last withdrawal has been stuck "in review" for the last 17 days, and all Shuffle.com can offer is generic responses in their live support, that keeps telling me to wait an indefinte time. No clarity and no estimations.


If neccesary, I can provide proofs of everything required.

The problem has solved itself. I got the withdrawal after 22 days, however still with no explanation about why they were withheld.
