After making my first deposit using LTC, I received a welcome bonus and completed the wagering requirement by playing exclusively on one slot. I then verified my account by uploading all the requested documents, and my account was successfully verified.


The problems started when I attempted to withdraw my winnings. For the past two weeks, I have noticed that cryptocurrency withdrawals are unavailable, while crypto deposits remain an option. I repeatedly contacted live chat support to request a withdrawal via LTC—the same method I used for my deposit. Initially, the support team assured me that the issue would be resolved soon. However, later, they started insisting that I withdraw via Mifinity instead.


Reluctantly, I proceeded with a withdrawal to Mifinity, but it remained pending for two days before ultimately being rejected. Upon checking the cashier, I found the following message:


"Withdrawal isn’t possible. Your previous bets are being reviewed by the game or sports provider to ensure fair play. You can withdraw again once the review is completed."


When I reached out to live chat support, they responded with:


"Emil, your gaming session has been forwarded to the provider for checking. During this process, all withdrawal requests will be temporarily paused. Please be aware that the review typically takes up to 14 days, although it may occasionally take longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time."


It has already been over two weeks since I first attempted to withdraw my winnings, and now they are asking me to wait an additional 14 days or possibly even longer.


In my opinion, the casino is using questionable practices to delay or prevent withdrawals.


Please help me resolve this issue.

Yes I got bonus immediately.

First attempt to withdraw to Mifinity on 02.04.25. Before I was not able to make withdrawal to the crypto as casino removed crypto from withdrawal methods!

Hello Guru team,


I’m continuing to experience serious issues with Snatch Casino. I made a deposit using cryptocurrency, but when I tried to withdraw via the same method, I found that the crypto withdrawal option had been removed — even though it was still available for deposits.


The casino then forced me to register with MiFinity in order to process my withdrawal. I complied and submitted the withdrawal request to MiFinity. However, over the past month, this withdrawal has been repeatedly rejected by the casino, with vague explanations that they are "checking something."


Today, after reading a response from Snatch, I logged into my account and saw that my latest withdrawal request to MiFinity (submitted on 30.04.25) was rejected again. To make matters worse, the MiFinity withdrawal option has now been completely removed. Currently, the only available withdrawal methods are bank card and Skrill.


I would like to understand what kind of behavior this is from the casino and how much longer they intend to delay and complicate my ability to access my funds. This situation feels increasingly unfair and humiliating.

How can you say "that the situation has now been resolved"!? My funds were always available for withdrawal it is not the issue! Look at the screen of my withdrawal section! First you removed Crypto (the way I made deposit), after you forced me to make withdrawal to Mifinity and after several days you canceled my withdrawal and removed Mifitiny from the cashier! And only Card and Skrill are the only two methods left for withdrawal! How dare you say that situation is solved!?
