I don't know what to do anymore, my withdrawal request has been pending for over a month now. When I contact them, I just get classic copy/paste messages saying they understand my frustration and the money will be sent shortly. That has been going on for a month now. Terrible experience.

Hello. Account is verified, it says on my profile I don't need to do any further verification, and they never mentioned it in the conversations on this issue. It was real money, no bonus. Last time I contacted them 3 days ago showing my frustration with the situation, their answer was "Due to a high volume of requests, there may be a slight withdrawal delay.". Their rules say 3 working days, it's been 32 days, and they call it slight delay...
