A deposit of $67 was made and $65 was reflected.

Deposit made on June 7.


The casino deduced that they themselves did not charge a fee and that the payment processor I used had charged a fee.

However, I later checked with the payment processor and found that no fees had been charged and that the entire $67 had been sent to the casino.


The casinos stubbornly refuse to submit data on deposits, claiming that it is not their fault.


We demand an investigation into the cause of the decrease in deposits, compensation for the decreased amount, and prevention of recurrence in the future.
