I had a problem with the casino

due to technical problems my withdrawal was cancelled 2x, after the first one they promised that everything is fine and I will receive my money in my skrill account, but I did not receive it and after 24 hours they cancelled it again, they said that I will receive it in a few hours and everything is fine and I still did not receive it..An automated system cancels the payment every 24 hours, if everything was as they said, it wouldn't be canceled...My account is verified.They said twice that there was a problem with Skrill, but I know that's not the problem, they just cancel the payment every 24 hours...Please help, I think they are just making excuses and not wanting to pay.file
