1 - i made the deposit of 40000 on 30th may 2025 and my id got blocked on 2nd june 2025

2 - yes , both through email and live chat i informed them and they were working on that ticket but from yesterday i am not able to track as my id got blocked.

3 - live casino ( fan tan)

4 -yes , i passed the verification before i lost access to my account.


note : i want to correct one statement , its not pending withdrawal its a pending deposit of 40000.
