The player from Spain is experiencing problems with withdrawing his winnings. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I spoke to them through the customer service chat but it is a lie since the percentage necessary to be able to withdraw it is restarted and there is no way to withdraw it in any way. This is a tease i am going to take legal action
