I requested a withdrawal of £840 (maximum amount permitted on the site) on 6th April 2025 and have now been waiting for way over the 6-21 days that the website allows for withdrawals. My account is verified and my first withdrawal was paid within 3 days which is why I continued to play on the site. I wasn’t playing with any bonus or promotion codes. I have emailed customer support on a daily basis to check the status of my withdrawal but they never reply. I have also contacted live chat on a daily basis and they give the standard response that extensive checks are carried out with withdrawals. They then just end the chat with no resolution. As you can imagine this is causing me much distress. I just want to receive the monies that I won in good faith. Any help you can give me is much appreciated

Hi Katarina. I believe I joined Electric Wins in March 2025. For the majority the main game played was Big Bass Bonanza. I have received nothing from the site which gives details of the extensive checks.

I tried to contact the casino, also outside the thread, but had no success. I am afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from their side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and does not refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to.
