Hello everyone, I have been trying to withdraw all of my money for more than 3 months.

I deposited 100 dollars, met the requirements of their rollover... then with the real money I continued betting and playing roulette. Thank you also for your reply. So you've passed it on to the licensing authority from what I can see. Did you give them everything they asked for? I'd be quite curious to know when and what they'll write you off. 

As for the questions answered, I understand that if the casino is still investigating, they can't tell you anything specific yet so they don't confuse you unnecessarily, and they can't give you a timeframe, even though it would be important to me. It is essential that it does not take them several months, but at least they could give you some kind of reassurance. 

Therefore, the only thing we can do at the moment is to wait and hopefully the casino will get back to you soon with the result.
