Well, I made a deposit at locowin a few days ago, deliberately without a bonus.

In fact, this time I was able to achieve an amount a little over 5000 euros and then requested 2 payouts in the amount of 2000 euros, now I am waiting in vain for any email from the casino, be it the confirmation that I have requested the payout or at least a request for Verification, nothing. Live chat doesn't answer me for whatever reason. Vielleicht kann mir ja jemand hier helfen.

So I won on October 12th and also applied for the payouts there, I am not yet verified because I have no option to do so on the site and have not been notified or told that I can do it or, if so, where. So payment has been requested for 2 days and I sometimes hang in live chat for 30-40 minutes and nothing happens ...

Also Auszahlung ist seit 2 Tagen beantragt und ich h?nge halt teilweise 30-40 min im livechat und es passiert nichts…
