Hi Radka, I have already spoken to Adam regarding this a personal attack was done last night on our casino and this guy is one of the people that were on this post. I did send Adam full information but allowing people to slander the casino is a bit unfair.
I can assure you this player has no email with us, and if he does I'm sure he can forward it to yourself and we can have a live call and see? Allowing people to pay for negative reviews on casinos to "damage" reputation is a bit unfair I'm sure you can agree with me on that.
Please refer to the email sent to Adam with full documentation, and this was at the exact same time as I know you have rejected their reviews so I can't see how this person is allowed to slander.
