just wanted to know if you sorted your issue with them out? I have a similar problem with them. Back in June I won $10,000 went to withdraw it & made sure 100% I put in my bank account details come to find out after a week I hadn’t received my money that they had deposited it into a different account & are now trying to say that was the account I requested it to be sent too. I have emails telling them that wasn’t my account as when they asked for a bank statement they replied saying the bank statement didn’t match the account I requested the withdrawal for. Every time I contacted them in regards to this they kept insisting it was sent to the account I requested (not mine but an account I have no idea where they got it from) then keep saying finance is investigating. I raised a complaint with Casino Guru & we haven’t had a reply from JokaRoom for the last 2 weeks to which now Casino Guru is going to close the complaint as JokaRoom aren’t replying. The only thing I regret is not getting screen shots of the live chat conversation I had a couple of days after I made the withdrawal as like you I know they altered live chat conversations because in there transcript they sent to Casino Guru of a conversation between "me" & them had a bank statement with no name or any form of proof that account was mine that I 100000% know was never sent by me. Now they’re ignoring my complaints & emails.
