Hello. I made a €200 deposit at casinoandyou via instant transfer. It's been over 36 hours and it hasn't been credited to my account. When I contact the chat, they keep telling me to wait an hour and then contact me in 2 or 3 hours.

I have provided a statement of the transfer but they tell me that since the time does not appear, they cannot find it (I have told them but it seems to be useless)

Hola. He realizado un depósito de 200 euros en casinoandyou mediante transferencia inmediata. Han pasado más de 36 horas y no se acredita en mi cuenta. Al contactar con el chat me dicen constantemente que espere 1 hora, que contacte dentro de 2 o 3 horas.

he proporcionado un extracto de la transferencia pero me dicen que como no aparece la hora, no la encuentrar ( se la he dicho pero parece ser inútil)

alguien que haya tenido el mismo problema?
