I sent this as an email to Dosh Fever, Spin Sorcery, fish bear Studios, and Robust Victor Inc. It's laid out in compliance with their terms. They have a Hong Kong address . I have not received a response. Please help! I don't know where or who else to turn to.

This will serve as an official complaint against Dosh Fever, Spin Sorcery, FISH Bear Studios Ltd, and Robust Victor Inc.(Appointed Payment Administration Agent).
This is in regards to the non-payment of a redemption request on 10/29/2024 in the amount of $640.00. Customer service has been minimal at best and has ceased completely on 11/01/2024! My winnings were acknowledged by the online casino as well as awarded on the "leaders board" for coming in #14 that week. The award was 4 SC which was credited to my account, but still to this day, no payment of $640.00. I had tried to contact someone tirelessly by email every day to no avail and no response. This long of negligent and non existent business is unacceptable and needs to be rectified and paid immediately, as it has already been almost 2 months!
My id has been sent in and verified. My verification process is complete and my banking credentials/PayPal account has been sent in for prompt payment and yet the redemption still reads "processing".
I will not stop pressing for fair gaming until this is paid or prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. It has become apparent that you have done this to others before me and now we will come together and file suit for damages. We've been ignored for far too long. This is not how you conduct business in America! And, especially not how you treat your fellow American! I expect a response within 10 calendar days per part 18.4 of your terms of service.
