I am now waiting 1 week for a payout of 1400 euros.

A first of 600 euros lasted 5 days.

This casino intentionally drags out withdrawal requests.

The additional withdrawal limit of 2000 euros per week is even worse.

The timer only starts counting when an amount is received.

Immediately after winning 600 euros, I won 1650 euros with a stake of 25 euros.

Unmittelbar nach Gewinn von 600 Euro, habe ich mit 25 Euro Einsatz 1650 Euro gewonnen.

Da ich nur 1400 auszahlen konnte habe ich 250 weiter verspielt und nochmal insgesamt 3000 Euro erzielt.

Jetzt muss ich im schlimmsten Fall nochmal mehr als 1 Woche warten und dann nochmal ne Woche für die letzten 1000 Euro.

Wer gibt diesem Schrottcasino solche guten Bewertungen?

Selbst der Support ist kompletter Müll.

Ich wollte ne Aufstockung des Limits beim Accountmanager beantragen.

Egal wohin ich Mails geschickt habe.

Accountmanager, Support, Finanzabteilung, keiner hat in über einer Woche Wartezeit auch nur eine Mail gelesen.

Es ist mit Abstand das schlechteste Casino, was Support angeht.

Hm, I'm just looking at our review and it says the withdrawal limit is 5000 per week which would be enough in your case so I'm going to ask my colleague to take a look at the casino again and possible change the review and adjust the rating. 2000 is a very low withdrawal limit per week indeed.

Was mich st?rt ist die F?rderung der Spielsucht, durch dieses System. Durch diese Limits werden Spieler dazu verführt weiter zu spielen! Und das ist auch das kriminelle Ziel dieses Casinos! Und in den meisten F?llen wird dieser plan auch auf gehen! Es gibt genügend Spieler, die sehen dann noch, dass sie 5000 Euro übrig haben, die sich dann denken, dass man noch nen bisschen zocken kann. Gibt ja vielleicht noch was zu gewinnen. Und Zack ist die Kohle weg... Geht schneller als man gucken kann. Ich jedenfalls habe noch nie 6800 Euro gewonnen, Ich kenne das Gefühl nicht! Du kannst dann nicht nach diesen 5 Tagen die n?chste Auszahlung t?tigen! Erst nachdem das Geld auf deinem Konto ist, beginnt die Wartezeit! Sprich, ich musste 5 Tage warten um dann nochmal eine Woche zu warten, bis ich den n?chsten Betrag anfordern kann!

Da sind schon 2 Tage um! Da kann man sich ausrechnen, wie lange es dauert, bis 6800 Euro ausgezahlt werden!

I can understand your point. O the other hand I would like to add that our complaint team always allows casinos accused of delay two full weeks - 14 days - to process a payment. We also warn that it's only the player's responsibility whether he/she will keep playing in the meantime. If you are worried, ask the casino for an account block, let's say for a week. Or set up limits, if it is possible. I think that you have tried, haven't you?
