I appreciate this casino had just unblocked my account and allowed the withdrawal of my deposit.
I was aware of the account blocking whilst signing in... No email or communication whatsoever.
Furthermore, I did not intended to use any bonus conceded by Vulkan upon my deposit. I wanted to play in a well recognized online casino and I got a blocking account doing it. I tried to gain money by playing slots, dice and french bank wagering my money, and not wagering any bonus values.
My complaint can be withdrawned since I fairly got back my money, notwithstanding the unexpected bad experience I had with this company
