Hello, a few weeks ago I opened a thread about bdmbet due to withdrawal issues. After almost two months of opening the thread, I was able to withdraw my money. While I was having withdrawal issues, I opened a betonred account, and the same thing happened to me. They asked me for a lot of documents for verification. The day after processing the bdmbet withdrawal, they closed my betonred account. I've come to the conclusion that betonred and bdmbet are the same company, because bdmbet is contacting me to discuss the betonred case. I have 500 euros in the account, and in order to withdraw them, they asked me to send them a video of my Ledger account showing the transactions. I sent it to them, and then they asked me to send them receipts for my Ledger deposits. Most of them are from anonymous bookmakers. I've sent them, and they don't accept them. I think they're just trying to get the withdrawal processed. Can you help me, please? Thank you.

I've already moved it to the appropriate thread. I've attached the emails they sent me. It looks like they sent me one from betonred and another from bdmbet on the same day. And they closed my betonred account the day after processing the bdmbet withdrawal. And now they're asking me for receipts for the deposits into my Ledger account from other casinos, and they won't accept them.

I got an email at 03:36 this morning that my account was credited with 50 freespins.I logged in and they were gone.The support person I contacted explained that I used them yesterday :)
