On the 4th of December at 22:17, you deposited 100 PLN, on which you received a bonus of 75%, amounting to 75 PLN. By accepting it, you agreed to the bonus terms, one of which states:

The maximum win from the 75% bonus on the third casino deposit is ten times (10x) the amount of the bonus received. Any amount exceeding this requirement will be deducted from the customer's balance. The maximum withdrawal from the bonus is also applied when you cancel the bonus.

Consequently, your winnings of 10,008.61 PLN were reduced to 750 PLN and paid into your account on the 8th of December around 16:26.

That's cool. If you had to say something about the bonuses, do they have good wagering? Are they friendly and do you think they are easier to convert than other casinos???

They use non-sticky bonuses. This means that you only have access to the bonus amount if you lose your real money; if you win while using your real balance, you can withdraw your winnings as normal, excluding the bonus amount.

Example: You deposit 100 EUR and get a 100 EUR bonus stuck. First of all, the system will make you use your real balance and if you raise your balance to 130EUR you would withdraw 130 EUR with ease and the 100 EUR bonus would be excluded from the withdrawal!!!

You explained it nicely how it functions even though I knew how the non-sticky bonus works, but thank you, you can help other players with it.
