Fatpiratr casino does not pay out and I think it is wasting time.

05.11. I deposited 15,000 HUF. I got a bonus, I spun it a lot and then won 649,000 on the Rotten slot machine. I started the withdrawals. It did not allow me to withdraw 150 thousand at once, the chat wrote that this was the daily limit. I asked how long it would take, do I need to do anything, they said everything is fine, nothing is needed, about 3 days and I will receive it. 24 hours later I added another 150 and then another 150 after 24 hours, so 450,000 HUF that I am waiting for. Time passed, at the end of the week, after 5 working days I asked about it. I got the same answer: be patient, there are many withdrawals, many requests, they slipped a little. then 7 days later the same answer. 9 days later we got to the point where they asked for my documents. I uploaded them but nothing, they didn't accept the selfie, they threw it back and the statements too. Nothing happens. I think they're wasting time. It's always the same template thing! Please help! I want to get my money!!

Greetings, not the most pleasant experience, I see. 

However, let's try to focus for the moment on the fact that you have to go through verification to get the money. Obviously the casino could have asked for the documents sooner and not after 9 days, so I totally understand your frustration. 

Anyway, did they tell you why your selfie wasn't accepted? Is that the only thing that didn't go through and the other documents were fine?

Hi I have read a complaint regarding closing her account and fat pirate not actionong

i I am having the same trouble I emailed them three times this is on the back of live chat telling me to email than I had contact in March of this saying they had closed my account this never happened and I have been able to gamble I messaged them in a frail state of losing my money through live chat begging them to close my account due to my addiction and mental state was told to co tact by email sgain

i I don’t know how many emails I have sent and keep getting the same response that my email is the wrong one I opened with I think I did make a mistake by one letter but this was never replied to when I asked to close my account on the theee occasions I am going out of my mind by the poor communication I am getting form them

Hello, I'm sorry you're in this situation. I think the casino should react as soon as possible in such cases and help the player to close the account. 

Anyway, closing an account and self-exclusion are not the same thing and therefore if you want to close an account it is often relatively easy to reopen it. 

But if you wrote email and tried to do everything you could and the casino continues to ignore you, I would proceed to file a complaint as you did. It's in review status for now but our team will get to it soon. 

Hopefully we can resolve this together and you will have your account closed.

Can I raise one more point there is nothing on the actual site to self exclude you have to go through live chat and even when you say you have a gambling problem they ignore you and tell you to email

No way.. no info, not even about not being accepted, I just saw it when I logged in. no reason why.. they asked for a selfie, with a device that has the site open. For some reason they are asking again and my bank statement too.. total joke. The whole thing has been going on for 3 weeks..

Well then, the complaint was a good move in this case I would say. 

When you have not learned anything more it is not the best and therefore I would expect some explanation. Often in these cases it happens that the photo is blurry or there is not something clear that the casino needs to see. I have no idea what it could be now. 

The bank statement is also a common document that the casino asks for, so if you fail to go through the process and don't know what to do next, our team will try to find out and help you.

Had another response from Fat PIrate this morning it looks like they are going through my emails I sent them last wokend they are apologizing again that they do not have an English speaker and can confirm that my account is now closed d BUT if I would like to reopen my account to contact them

Can't you contact them by email then? I don't think that's the best idea if you want to close the account once and then open it again, etc. Then when you want to close it again and see how long it took, there might be a problem. I think once you want one thing you should stand behind it.
