On 27.3.2025 I requested a withdrawal from CasinoMalina7 3x500€ today is 9.4.2025 and every day I get a response that I should wait because they have a high demand for withdrawals. That my money is safe and that I don't have to worry but honestly I don't know what to think.

I made my first withdrawal request on march 31st for 500€ and to this day, April 9th still nothing. I have 3 pending withdrawals and I still have 4200€ left to withdraw (I can only withdraw 500€ at a time). The chat keeps telling me to be patient and that the money is safe blah blah blah. I honestly don’t believe I will ever receive it. This has never happened to me.

Oh man, that's really annoying. I was able to withdraw money last year without any problems; it was always in my account within 2-3 days. So I don't understand why it's suddenly taking so much longer, and no one is telling me exactly how or why. I just hope we all get our money as quickly as possible.

Today I filled an official complaint to Antillephone. I don’t know what else to do. Today is day 11 and they keep telling me the same over and over again.

First transfers went quickly now I have 1500€ to receive already 4 days and 5000€ remains in the account now wait a few more days if I don't make a complaint
