Hi, unfortunately if you look at the experiences of other players you will see that they have quite similar ones. Most players have to wait around two weeks to receive their money. I assume that will be your case too.

I saw that you have a complaint filed about the whole case and I strongly believe that the casino will respond and clarify the situation a bit more. It's all unclear, and when it's one technical reason, then another, and then another, I understand that it's not something you want to hear. I know that during the holidays the withdrawals are more difficult because a lot of casinos don't process them on those dates and also they may have less people which can cause more delays. 

Anyway, I recommend not to cancel the withdrawal and leave it like that, because as I said, every time you cancel it and re-enter it, the processing time is calculated again, and when you see that it is a longer process at the casino, you don't help yourself at all. 

I firmly believe that the money will get to you as soon as possible and if it doesn't, the casino will respond to the complaint and the situation will eventually be resolved.

(As with the two previous withdrawals that were finally resolved after a month and then by your intervention), 15-16 days have already passed and I still haven't seen my money! This is really upsetting that you have to go through the same situation again, as I can see.

I believe that maybe the best approach for you is to file a new complaint, and hopefully also this time they will pay you after our intervention.
