Not sure if anyone else has had this problem with supabet but I asked for an account closure last month, they took almost a full 2 weeks to actually close the account in that time I had multiple deposits declined but no money refunded to my bank account now I’m getting no response from support on this site.

there support on live chat is next to incompetent, and you wait days to hear back from emailing support.

i am just wondering if anyone had a similar experience and if it was rectified or am I just put that money now from these people.

May I firstly ask, please, if the reason for closing the account was due to gambling issues?

If that is the case, our complaint team could try to help you get your money back.

Please let us know.

Yes. I made many deposits but 3 of them (total $900) that were never credited to my account. Now they refuse to reply to my emails and have locked me out of my account. So basically they took $900 from me.

Well, that's frustrating.

Anyway, if they didn't arrive to your player account, what was the problem? Did you also contact the payment provider? Maybe they would have more to say about it or you can find out if everything went well on their side.

What payment method did you use?

I used pay direct. I did contact them and they did a thorough investigation. They concluded that supabet in fact did accept the missing funds.

I see, so now it is necessary to deal further with the casino.

You've filed a complaint on this, from what I've seen, so I'm sure our team will be able to help you.

If you have any news would you please let me know?

Yes, I requested to close my account due to gambling issues and it took a couple weeks for them to close my account and in that time they took funds from me.

i have a total of 300$ that was declined and same thing with pay direct every time I ask them they tell me the funds were accepted by the casino but the casino told me they were declined now when I email no response

So, I would really suggest you file a complaint here. These cases should not happen at all, and our team will try to help you in getting your money back then.

Of course, there has to be proof that you requested the closing of the account where you mentioned gambling issues.

Please follow this link where you explain the whole situation well.

I won a large sum at SUPABET through sports betting, specifically a combination bet, on April 10, 2025. I immediately started requesting withdrawals, meaning €500 per day, because I can't do more than that. And of course, a maximum of three open withdrawal requests are allowed. I've kept at it, so I always have three open withdrawal requests. It's now a total of €9,027. A month has passed, and I've only received €1,500 in my checking account. And they keep saying that their withdrawal is being processed and I'll be prioritized, but I don't get that feeling. I have the feeling they're trying to get me to use my money there so they don't have to pay out as much, and that's why they're delaying withdrawal requests as long as possible. My details are already known, though, and I've always requested withdrawals to the same account. That's why I don't understand what's taking so long. Every time I write to them in my live chat or send an email, I always get a friendly response. But this has happened many times now, and I still have to wait a very long time for any money to be paid into my account. As I said, it's been a month now, and I started requesting withdrawals on April 10th. Is there anything we can do?

Hi, it's probably nothing we can help with as we don't deal with sports betting.

Anyway, if you are still getting paid, even if more slowly, I see that as at least a good little sign. If it wasn't and they didn't pay, it would be worse.

I'm sure it's not pleasant, but try to hang in there and let me know when the next withdrawal comes. I firmly believe that you will have the money as soon as possible although it will probably take time. Definitely don't play them because as you say, it might be a casino strategy to lose some money.

Fingers crossed.??

Title: Supabet Delayed Withdrawal & Verification – Feeling Stuck, Need Advice

Hi everyone,

I’m sharing my experience with Supabet in hopes of getting advice or hearing from others who’ve been through something similar.

I recently started playing blackjack on their platform and had a good run. I managed to withdraw $3,500 total in two transactions ($1,500 and $2,000) without any issues.

Since then, I’ve continued to play and win. My balance has now grown to $98,000.

A few days ago, I attempted to withdraw $6,000 (split into three $2,000 requests due to their withdrawal limits). After submitting the requests, all of them were blocked pending verification. I immediately submitted all required documents, and according to Supabet’s website, the verification process should take 24 hours. It’s now past that timeframe, and I’ve received no updates.

What’s more frustrating is:

Live chat support is slow and unhelpful

My VIP manager rarely responds to emails

I have no clear idea of when or if I’ll be able to withdraw my funds

For transparency, I’ve kept screenshots of everything — my balance, withdrawal requests, email exchanges with the VIP manager, and live chat conversations. I’m feeling really stressed and unsure what to do next.

Has anyone dealt with a similar delay or situation on Supabet or another platform? Any advice or recommendations would be appreciated.

Thanks for reading.

My experience isn’t exactly like yours as they have just accepted my transfers and never credited my account and then blocked me. They aren’t replying to my emails either and chat ends the chat as soon as my name comes up. I would file a complaint. This casino should not have a license and they are dishonest to put it mildly.

Contact Anjouan gaming, their licensing entity. I did (3x) but no answer. I wish you luck.

I will contact them for sure if I have no news. I sent this message to my manager :

Subject: Urgent: Withdrawal Issue – Immediate Attention Required

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the lack of communication and support I have received regarding my withdrawal request from Supabet.

I currently have 98,000$ in my account balance, and I have been trying to withdraw these funds for an unreasonably long time without success. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via live support and email, I have received little to no response. The lack of updates or resolution is completely unacceptable, especially given the significant amount involved.

As a VIP client, I expected a much higher level of service. Instead, I feel ignored and deeply concerned about the security of my funds. I have given Supabet ample time and opportunity to resolve this issue, yet nothing has been done.

Please consider this a final warning: if I do not receive a clear and immediate resolution within the next 48 hours, I will be filing a formal complaint with the relevant gambling regulatory authorities and seeking legal advice to recover my funds.

This situation is urgent. I genuinely need access to my money, and I hope you treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves.

I look forward to your immediate response.

Sincerely,

Hi, I wouldn't stress right from the start.Just because a casino has a timeframe doesn't mean that they can always meet it, unfortunately. 24 hours for verification would be great but sometimes it just takes longer to verify a player. Also with such a big win I wouldn't be surprised if they do some investigation in gameplay.

Anyway, as long as you didn't do anything against the rules I don't think you have to worry. You said yourself that you already got some money, so I believe that the casino will start paying out more soon.

It's definitely a good move to keep the evidence, keep doing that and if you need any help, just let me know.

I would wait for now though.

Can you handle it?

Hey, thanks for the reassurance! I can definitely handle it. Just to clarify, I haven’t done anything against the rules. My winnings were pure luck, and the big amount came mainly from side bets on the blackjack tables.

My main concern is that I asked to close my account 2 or 3 weeks before my winnings, but they never did it. So, I decided to play again when things were going well. When I checked with live support, they confirmed my account was still open and would remain open in the future, even though I had thought about closing it before. I’ve got screenshots as proof of that conversation.

For now, I guess I’ll just wait a bit longer for the verification and withdrawals to go through. I’ll definitely keep you updated. Thanks again for your help and amazing service. I won’t forget it!

You're welcome.

As far as closing the account is concerned, if they were unable to close it, it shouldn't have an impact on whether you get the money or not. You should be paid everything.

So let's wait and see what happens and how it turns out.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.??

Thank you for your support, but I won’t be needing help anymore. I’ve lost all the funds in my balance, and I’ll be contacting them to close the account. Appreciate your assistance up to this point.

Oh, I'm so sorry. May I also ask why you did that? Did you think you wouldn't get anything in the end anyway? That's too bad. That's a shame.??

Exactly, Jaro. No one has been answering my questions, and I've been waiting since May 9th to withdraw this doesn't make any sense. I know plenty of online casinos where you can withdraw large amounts the same day, and they respond to any queries promptly. I've never had a bad experience like this. Thanks anyways Jaro.
