If a player doesn't have much luck in a casino, that is surely not a valid reason for the owner to be arrested. Sorry. ???♀?

Unfortunately, the luck is not always on our side. Right?

Do you think it could never happen to you in another casino? Quite an interesting view.

Besides, we don't need to receive money for casino reviews and it's not our source of money either. Perhaps better information would be better in this regard.

Don't you think? ??

Before you play somewhere you have the opportunity to inform yourself. When you talk about RTP, you can also find out by either having the slot itself written down or by contacting the live chat. If none of that helps, you can decide for yourself whether to deposit there. Depositing, losing and then talking about how someone should be arrested is a pretty bad order of what it should look like from the players' side as well.

That doesn't sound well at all.

Please reply to our complaint team in your complaint so we can move on, though, and hopefully help somehow.

Hello,

Sorry to oppose you but this is not very precise, if I may respond to your post.

Every affiliate site is somemhow conencted with the casinos yet it depends what they do and how they do it. Don't you think?

"We recommend different top casinos to players based on where they come from, because for example a casino that is great for German players doesn't need to be too good for players in Argentina etc. So we try to create a unique top casinos list for every country. When players go to play to these casinos and eventually lose, we get a commission from it.

We never tell the players to play in a casino, because you become rich, we actually say that you eventually lose, but we also know there are people who simply love casino games. We believe that it's better for those players to play in decent casinos who will pay the winnings in case the player is simply lucky instead of making stupid excuses and voiding the winnings. That's why CasinoGuru was created - to provide honest online casino reviews."

In any case, you said the casino has scammed you; may I know how, please? Despite your obviously direct attitude, we are still ready to investigate.

The more you say the better.

Supabet1 does not pay out winnings. First they refer you to their terms and conditions for 3 days and then they cancel your withdrawal due to a technical error. They are thieves. Do not deposit anything with them

It has been confirmed by my bank and the transfer administrator that a transaction of $700 was accepted by supabet however never credited to my account and it was never played as thry closed my account and there’s no way I can view the play history. Furthermore, 2 transactions of $100 were accepted and never credited. These 2 transactions are also co formed that they were accepted by supabet. So, as they closed my account when I inquired about these funds, and now are refusing to reply to my emails. They are dishonest and I recommend not to get caught in their fraud.

So I am very sorry that such a situation has arisen. The worst thing is that the casino doesn't reply to your emails at all, so you don't know what's going on with your money. But if you had problems there before, why did you deposit there again and not a small amount? We can't really help with such complaints because it's difficult and usually the payment provider has to check these things.

But if you haven't received the money in your casino account even after a long time, then I would consider a chargeback as a last resort, as it may affect your future gaming.

If something changes let me know, I hope you will make sure you get the money.

No. I said others on trustpilot have had issues. I deposited $700. But as my bank takes a longer time to send a large amount, I decided to send $100 and another $100 as those are instant but one was in pending status and the other didn’t get credited. Then I inquired and they locked me out. Then the 2 that were pending went through and I never got anything. That’s the unethical part. I need someone to contact them in my behalf and get my money back.

Hi, have you tried asking what you should do now? Maybe it would be a good idea to change the withdrawal method? Have you entered the withdrawal again?

I’m not sure what you’re asking. I’ve contacted the payment processors called patient. They’ve done a thorough investigation and the conclusion is that supabet accepted all the e-transfers. They said that the only way I can get the funds is from supabet but they are not responding to my emails. I’ve contacted the licensing agency that give supabet their license but they have received my complaint and forwarded it to supabet support and again they aren’t responding. Tiu are my last hope before calling authorities and online fraud. I’m not sure but I thought you were the appropriate avenue to get them to respond as I saw many have been able to resolve their disputes using your services.

But we are not able to do that, as you have already been informed. Sometimes the deposit may reflect on the player's account a little late but if nothing happens, I would think about a chargeback. But only as a last resort.

Yes I have seen the complaint, but here where we are writing now it is a forum yes, so you can see everyone's answers. I just wanted to say with my previous post that not every reply was for you out of the two I posted.
