That being said, it might be wise to continue inquiring as to which regulator or prohibition might be in charge of this business. E-wallets are sadly beyond our reach. Damn it.

I don't know when casinoguru is going to open its eyes to this group of casinos, they are scams, and they should instantly lower the score for everyone so that those of us who come here to see which casino is fair or not, do not get close to this mafia. I have exactly the same problem. I withdrew €500 from Spinago. The casino immediately paid this to Funid, and they're off the hook for any further questions. Fun ID has been stalling me since June 2, 2025, and has given me every possible explanation listed here.
It is about:

Then the problem was solved and the money was on its way
Then they apologize for the misinformation, it just takes a little longer for some transfers
But every chat ends with, please be patient, your payout is secure, our team is working on getting your money to you as quickly as possible....
It seems to me that this casino does not separate players' funds from their own capital...
