Tbh I don't know my account says it's fully verified, but if they need more i have no problem providing it, they haven't asked for anything, I did withdraw 2500 but they have put it as 2300, which I think is down to there rules on the site, that I'm not fussed about.

No it wasn't accumulated by any bonus, and iv only been on the live chat a few times, didn't screenshot it where I didn't know i did send an email a couple of weeks ago but I still haven't heard anything back from that, thanks for trying to help
