The casino is refusing to verify my account unless I provide my bank card details, even though I have never used a bank card there. Both my deposit and my withdrawal were made in ETH cryptocurrency. I have already submitted my ID, a bank statement to confirm my address, a screenshot of my ETH wallet app, and a selfie with my ID. All these documents have been verified.
