I have expressed to the casino my gambling addiction and request multiple times that they closed the account. I followed everything they stated and asked. They continued to leave the account open, and kept putting cash amounts into my account knowing my issue. When I finally won big and tried to withdraw it all. They stopped me doing so claiming fraud and other issues/errors until the amount of £60000 become £10000 as I continued to bet and lost money. Then all of sudden without me providing any new or additional information to what already existed on the account. They were able to process the wirthdeawl. I have a lot of debt, and found help. But the addiction has come back with a vengeance I just want the account closed
