I found Junglebet via www.kpvfaw.com and I registered on May 7, 2025, using my personal email and verified it through the confirmation link sent by JungleBet. I received a welcome bonus in DOGE and played fairly, following all terms.

I gradually increased my balance to approximately $230 worth of DOGE. I initiated a 600 DOGE withdrawal, which was confirmed via email as under manual review and "temporarily removed from my balance" while pending.

I continued playing with my remaining DOGE (around 114 USD worth), and shortly after that, I won over $1,000 — all through legitimate gameplay. I reached the required XP level, unlocked withdrawal rights, and followed all instructions honestly.

Suddenly, my account was suspended and I received vague accusations of:

Multiple accounts,

Spoofed user agent,

VPN or datacenter IP.

However, I can clearly prove:

This was my first and only registration (screenshot of welcome and verification emails included),

I used a standard Samsung phone with no advanced setup,

VPN was only briefly used to load certain restricted game providers — which the site allowed without warning.

JungleBet offered no real evidence, no support contact, and refused to respond to my request for transparency. I was banned after winnings became large — which makes this look like a payout evasion tactic rather than a legitimate ban.

I am respectfully requesting a fair review and reinstatement of my balance and withdrawal. All screenshots and proof are available.

According to the T&C, altering your IP address is strictly forbidden. The casino reserves the right to void your winnings and terminate your account if the terms are breached.

Hello,

I would like to clarify a few points regarding my recent activity and account suspension:

Use of VPN:

I am located in the UAE, where both the Junglebet website and Casino Guru are blocked by telecom providers. I was forced to use a VPN with a Dubai-based server just to access the platform. I did not use VPN to manipulate location or for fraudulent purposes. My goal was only to log in and play, since access is otherwise restricted locally.

Timeline of Game Play:

From 12:57 AM, I played Dynamite Digging Doug (by Pragmatic Play), using a VPN.

I stopped using VPN shortly after and continued playing Booming Games titles (which are fully accessible without VPN).

I continued playing for 2+ hours after VPN was off, including the session where I won over $1,000.

If VPN use was really the issue, why wasn’t my account suspended right after the Pragmatic Play session? Why wait until 3:57 AM—right after my large win?

My Funds:

I had around $230 in DOGE, of which I withdrew 600 DOGE (approx. $102), and left over $114 in balance. Then I won $1,015.15 from a legitimate Booming Games session. My balance at the time of suspension was over $1,070.

I believe this sequence of events shows I acted in good faith. If VPN use is strictly prohibited, the platform should have been inaccessible entirely or provided proper warnings, especially during gameplay.

Please help me recover my winnings and clarify the fair use of Junglebet services for UAE-based users.

The reason why the player was blocked initially from accessing the site is because we do not operate in the UAE. The user circumvented this block by using a VPN to play, and connected through multiple IP addresses which is why their funds were confiscated. As no deposit bonuses are abused often, we must stay vigilant to ensure that only 1 bonus is issued per household, which isn’t possible to do if someone is connecting through multiple IPs, all linked to data centers.


Lastly, this is what the user wrote on one of their replies above, which is a clear violation of our terms for the no deposit bonus:

As you were previously informed by the casino team, there were indeed multiple flags detected, like the same device user agent, the same bonuses claimed from a device with the same user agent, and other instances that cannot be considered just a mere coincidence. But more importantly, you clearly used a VPN to bypass the casino's IP block restriction to access their webpage, be able to register in the casino, and claim a bonus that is not available for players from your jurisdiction, which is unfortunately a clear breach of the casino's terms and conditions.

In light of the aforementioned points, I will now proceed to close this case as rejected - Unjustified.
