The player from Canada is experiencing difficulties withdrawing his winnings because he cannot use a preferred payment method. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I was trying to withdraw money to my credit card (same one I made the deposit with) The credit card is under my name and all information are to same. The casino told me that my withdrawal request has failed and the only way to get my money would be in cryptocurrency but I dont use crypto and I dans have an account. I looked it up online and it happened to alot of other players . This is an unfair practice. They even refused to send me a wire transer...what kind of casino is that !?!
