Basically I have estimated that withdrawal amount as originally it was £800 but after a few months I thoight maybe I could reduce the amount and they may pay me. But I've now waited another 4 months and still have nothing. The free money was gifted to me as a birthday bonus where I won quite a lot of money and followed all wagering requirements. Magic win customer services have not been helpful and get annoyed I contact them too much to request a response of some kind but I don't get anything other than sorry about the delay.

From what you have told me and the amount of reviews I've read I won't be seeing this money, however this email I received about canceling my withdrawal meant that yesterday I had to go back into my account and re attempt my withdrawal and fuse is the response I got. Probably the most I've actually got from them but it's all still rubbish as far as security goes. I'll keep you posted I guess

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in number. We strictly recommend staying away from Magic Win Casino. I wish I could be of more help.

The casino can reopen this complaint in the future.
