Mindway AI, a tech-driven company that focuses on providing the gambling sector with powerful solutions focused on player protection, has joined The European Lotteries Association, the region’s leading umbrella organization for national lotteries.
Mindway AI is joining as a provisional associate member for the time being until formal approval comes, expected in September, the official press statement said.
This move further consolidates Mindway AI’s commitment to expanding its reach and providing its innovative player-centric products across a number of verticals. Mindway AI has welcomed the opportunity to see the company become a part of the association and its far-reaching efforts in upholding consumer protection.
"This partnership will be an essential step in our endeavour to implement cutting-edge responsible gaming solutions across the continent, ensuring a safe and positive environment for players," said Mindway AI CEO Rasmus Kjaergaard.
The European Lotteries and Mindway AI see eye-to-eye on a range of business-related matters, as both focus on advocating a sustainable business model and practices that ultimately lead to societal benefits.
The association features more than 70 lottery operators who already contribute an estimated €22bn to society every year across important sectors such as cultural heritage, healthcare, education, science and more.
Mindway AI will seek to play an active part in helping the European Lotteries to make their products safer and more transparent, as well as beneficial to all stakeholders involved, as the company said in an official press statement shared with the media.
Mindway AI has been one of the most impactful companies in the sector providing outstanding solutions to establish stronger player protection measures. The company duly won the Casino Guru Awards 2024 in the category for the Best Implementation of Responsible Gambling Tools.
Mindway AI creates solutions such as AI-driven early detection tools that allow stakeholders to flag aberrant behavior and step in when they fear that someone may be suffering from a gambling-related problem.
The company focuses on behavior analysis which allows it to build a custom profile for players and spot any sudden changes in their behavior. The tools that Mindway AI brings to the table have proven efficiency and will further elevate the European Lotteries’ own goals in achieving better RG practices.
