SBC is proud to introduce you to the Sports Betting Hall of Fame class of 2025, with the event set to host this special ceremony as part of the upcoming SBC Summit Americas. The inductees will be revealed at a ceremony on the North America conference track in Conference Room Two at 12:30 – 1:15 PM on Wednesday, May 14.
The Sports Betting Hall of Fame was established in 2016 and since then, it has fast gathered-momentum as an indelible and recognizable part of the SBC Events portfolio.
This year’s pick of inductees features some of the most influential people from across the industry, distinguishing its remarkable pioneers, trailblazers, and luminaries. This year’s edition will see the following remarkable members join the ranks of the Sports Betting Hall of Fame:
Each of these individuals is distinguished for their distinct and extensive contributions to the industry, achieved over many years, and often decades, and a mix of painstaking commitment to the sector or the creation of disruptors and innovative solutions that have defined the industry.
Yet, there is more – any candidate is evaluated based on proactive contributions towards raising awareness arounds ports betting, and this includes educational programs, awareness campaigns, responsible betting practices, and more.

The new inductees join a very long list of recognizable industry names, including Denise Coates (Founder & CEO bet365), Victor Chandler (Founder, BetVictor), FredDone (Founder, Betfred), Pontus Lindwall (CEO & Founder, Betsson AB), and many others.
With SBC Summit Americas just around the corner, industry insiders interested in the sector in North and South America are very welcome to join the event on Wednesday 13-15, 2025. The gathering is taking place at Broward County Convention Center, Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
